Inmar: Retailers need to be ready for pandemic returns

RLA SmartBrief:  Customers are buying more online because of the coronavirus pandemic, and 42% are making returns by mail, according to an Inmar Intelligence survey. "The dramatic increase in online shopping means retailers will have to assess their preparedness to handle higher returns volume," Inmar Vice President of Product Development Ken Bays says.
