Ingram Micro exec: Pandemic to accelerate ITAD changes

RLA SmartBrief:  The coronavirus pandemic will speed up "the evolution of ITAD" and force the sector to adapt to customers' newly dispersed workforces, said Brent Barry, Ingram Micro's executive director of ITAD and reverse logistics, during a recent webinar. He added that ITAD companies will have to work more with partners and increase customer education about ITAD services.
