In-store returns for online orders save time and money

RLA SmartBrief:  More brands and retailers are using in-store return services such as Happy Returns or creating their own, which increases efficiency and helps draw customers to stores. Happy Returns co-founder and CEO David Sobie says that "[c]onsumers just want a free return option," which doesn't have to be by mail.
